T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) Mask wearing is not being enforce for guest and employees. T8 CCR 3203(a)(6) Social distancing is not possible at work spaces, break rooms, hallways, cafeteria and bathrooms, Engineering controls(plexiglass) installed in work spaces are not sufficient. Contact tracing and communication to employees regarding positive cases is not effective. Employees are unable to social distance from guest, many of which are not wearing mask. 7-8000 guest allowed in at a time. There is employee exposure to customers within 6 feet who are in line in the parking lot. Guests are allowed to n t wear mask or face shields due to stating they have a medical reason not to do so, exposing employees who are within 6 feet.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 100
