The employer did not evaluate and control hazards from COVID-19 in the workplace in the following ways: -The employer did not ensure that sick employees did not report to work. A sick employee was not sent home immediately and was allowed to continue to work for several days with symptoms. - When a sick employee received a positive test result, the employer did not inform all employees of their potential exposure to COVID-19. - When a sick employee received a positive test result, the employer temporarily closed the general area where the infected employee worked until cleaning was completed and did not conduct deep cleaning of the entire general area where the infected employee worked and may have been, including breakrooms, restrooms and travel areas, with a cleaning agent approved for use by the EPA against coronavirus.
