The employer does not implement the use of dust reduction systems while employees are using tools or equipment to cut, grind, core, or drill concrete or masonry materials, exposing employees to airborne particulates. Employees were observed dry cutting stone with no vacuum, water, or face protection. T8 CCR 1530.1(c) 2. The employer is not enforcing COVID-19 guidelines, including the use of masks by employees, exposing them to health hazards. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6)
