1.) Employees are potentially exposed to novel coronavirus COVID-19 due to a variety of factors such as: lack of adequate isolation guidelines after positive COVID-19 test results; lack of temperature screening at the beginning of each shift; inadequate cleaning procedures of common surfaces including but not limited to door handles, kitchen areas, and bathrooms. Contrary to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Section 5(a)(1). 2.) Employees are potentially exposed to silica dust due to insufficient isolation measures during construction. Employees are exposed to dust generated from dry cutting and sanding of silica-containing drywall while isolation measures are not sufficient to adequately isolate hazardous material. Contrary to 1910.1053. 3.) Employees are potentially exposed to formaldehyde due to insufficient ventilation during installation of laminate floors. Employees are exposed to uncontrolled off-gassed formaldehyde vapors. Contrary to 1910.1048. 4.) Employees are potentially exposed to hazardous noise generated by construction in the workplace.
