It was reported to OSHA that employees working in the call center on the first floor are working in close proximity and are therefore exposed to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 and that the employer has not taken the necessary precautions such as the enforcement of masks and providing sanitation materials to employees.
