ITEM 1: Many employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and affected employees have not been asked to quarantine. ITEM 2: The Pecos branch was not asked to close even though the FT Worth branch did close for similar amounts of positive cases. ITEM 3: The building has not been disinfected.
