Location: Pharmacy Department 1. Employer does not have protocols in place for employees who have potentially become infected with COVID-19. 2. Staff member not properly notified after working with employee who tested positive for COVID-19. 3. Work areas are not being cleaned by EVS after knowing there has been a positive exposure. 4. COVID-19 positive employees are coming back to work after 10 days of quarantine not the full 14 days. 5. COVID-19 positive employees are not being told to retest before returning to work. 6. Employer is not enforcing the 6-ft regulation between employees. 7. Employees have shown up sick because they do not have PTO, only for them to be positive.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 20
