6620 Fannin Street, Houston, 77030 Texas, United States

The employer has not implemented recommended OSHA and CDC procedures to protect employees from the known hazard of exposure to SARS-Cov-2 exposure, the virus that causes Covid-19 illness, including: 1) The employer has stopped screening employees for Covid-19 symptoms or recent contact with other Covid-19 positive persons. This was being done but was stopped. An employee was recently ill at work with coughing and sneezing symptoms in the serving area, and had been near a confirmed Covid-19 positive family member. 2) The employee since became ill with Covid-19. The hazard was not communicated to co-workers, and thorough disinfection of the employee's work area was not performed with EPA approved disinfectant deemed effective on SARS-Cov-2 virus.
