1. Supervisors do not wear masks in the office area or inside the building. 2. There are 2 office staff that work at 6pm that don't wear masks and are sitting right next to one another. 3. Dock workers and drivers are coming in and out without facial coverings even though they don't need to come in that area as things are set up. 4.
