1. Employer recently got a new backpack electrostatic sprayer machine which the SDS clearly states that an N95 or KN95 mask must be worn at all times while using the sprayer. There are no such masks in this facility. This was brought this to the attention of management, they said they verbally got an ¿ok¿ from the company to go ahead without them because these masks are ¿sold out.¿Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-14
