Not having a written Exposure Determination of the Primary Clarifiers as it pertains to working in the Primary Clarifiers when COVID-19 could possibly be present. 5. Not having a written Exposure Control Plan for the Primary Clarifiers as it pertains to working in the Primary Clarifiers when COVID-19 could possibly be present. 6.
