1. They are not taking necessary precautions for Covid, there is no sanitation being done at all on 3rd shift, nor is it being enforced to be done, and most lines don't have anything to disinfect. When coming into start the shift no high touch areas are getting wiped down by 2nd shift, and most people, including supervisors do not wear masks like we are told we are required to.
