1. Employer is in violation of Governor Whitmer's Executive Order No. 2020-114, specifically paragraphs 1.q. and 7. c. and d. Merry Farnen & Ryan has a total of 26 employees. On Monday, June 15, 2020, 21 of the 26 employees were present in the office, only five of whom were wearing masks in the common areas. Concerns are ignored.
