1. Positive residents are moved throughout the building. 2. Not confirming that residents are actually negative. 3. Resident rooms are being changed within minutes and without being properly deep cleaned. 4. Staff if being forced to work without proper PPE. 5. Employees have to use resident gowns for their PPE. 6.
