At the Red Cedar Project, the employer: Did not conduct a daily entry self-screening protocol for all employees or contractors entering the workplace, including, at a minimum, a questionnaire covering symptoms and suspected or confirmed exposure to people with possible COVID-19, together with, if possible, a temperature screening. They just gave us stickers every day to put on our construction hats. Did not keep everyone on the worksite premises at least 6 feet from one another to the maximum extent possible. Did not physically isolate any employees known or suspected to have COVID-19 from the remainder of the workforce.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-27
