Regulatory Report

4935 Hillegas Road, Fort Wayne, 46818 Indiana, United States

There is a confirmed case of COVID-19 but the employer is not shutting down so that everyone can quarantine. This facility serves a vulnerable population, and many of the clients have lowered immune systems. In addition, there are many pregnant staff. After one night of cleaning it was declared safe and that employees should return to work. However, it is impossible to both provide care for these children and sanitize everything as needed. The majority of the time cleaning products are nowhere to be found. The entire staff and client population has been exposed, but they only sent home a select few.
