The employer has not identified or implemented necessary infection control policies/procedures to reduce employee exposure to COVID-19 such as social distancing practices, increased cleaning, utilization of face coverings, pre-entry screenings, etc. per OSHA publication # 3990-3 2020 www.osha.gov/Publications/OSHA3990.pdf and CDC guidelines. 2.
