1. The temperature and symptom checks that had been performed at the beginning of the pandemic are no longer occurring. This does not follow CDC guidance and may expose employees to COVID-19 hazards. 2. A positive COVID-19 case was recently identified, requiring that 3 other employees be tested for COVID-19. 3. There are 3 people in the moving trucks at all times, which makes social distancing during driving impossible to maintain. This does not align with CDC guidance regarding social distancing. 4. Face mask usage is not required amongst employees. This does not align with CDC guidance regarding face coverings. 5. Hand sanitizer and gloves are not provided for maintaining cleanliness in the trucks, or for sanitizing before, during, and after a moving job.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 16
