1. There have been 4 positive COVID-19 cases in the past week. Employees are not being notified if they have had recent contact with employees that have tested positive for COVID-19. The employer is not doing their due diligence in identifying employees that had close contact with those employees. This prodedure does not ensure that CDC guidance is followed in the workplace, which may expose additional employees to COVID-19 in the workplace. 2. Adequate cleaning and sanitation is not being performed in the workspaces where employees that have recently been identified as having COVID-19 worked and handled various equipment.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 10
