1. There have been 2 employees that were COVID-19 positive and were allowed to work while symptomatic and awaiting tests. 2. Employees that have worked with the employees that tested positive for COVID-19 have not been informed that they were exposed to COVID-19 while at work. Preventing employees from following CDC guidance regarding quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic. 3. Employees were allowed to work while symptomatic as long as they were not feverish. Employees have been told by management to work while considering themselves sick. This may expose other employees to the SARS-CoV-2 Virus. 4. Thermometers are used incorrectly and sometimes when errors occur, the employee is allowed to work. Employees that report to work with a fever of greater than 100.4 °F have been told to stand in the cooler for a few minutes to be retested when they no longer test as feverish. 5. Employees are allowed to take breaks in the break room which is only large enough to contain 2 people if social distancing is followed. When pharmacy staff takes lunch, there is not adequate distance maintained between employees. This may expose other employees to the SARS-CoV-2 Virus while masks are removed to eat. 6. Some employees do not wear face masks correctly at all times. Some employees pull them down to talk, or others have them fall below their nose and do not fix them.
