1) Employees are tested for COVID-19 on a regular basis, but the residents are not tested, putting the employees at risk of contracting COVID-19. 2) Social distancing is not enforced during residents' visitation with family members, putting employees at risk of contracting COVID-19. 3) Temperatures are supposed to be taken before individuals enter the homes but this is not being enforced. 4) Maintenance staff who enter the homes do not always wear masks and are not tested for COVID-19. 5) Residents are not being tested for COVID-19 if they have symptoms other than a fever.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-20
