1. Employees are exposed to health hazards from the COVID-19 virus in that the employer does not provide masks for all employees per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 2. Employees are exposed to health hazards related to the employer not informing them of when other employees have tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) within the facility as in accordance to CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 3. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19 in that the employer does not screen visitors / employees for symptoms of the virus per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 4. Employees are exposed to health hazards in that the employer is allowing employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 to work with symptoms of the virus, such as fever.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 250
