The employer has not develop an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan, including aspects such as social distancing where assembly line operators are not practicing six feet apart. The assembly line is supposed to have eleven operators plus 1 group leader; however the line being ran with sixteen operators which makes it difficult to practice social distancing.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 16
