Hazard Location: All buildings in the warehouse facility except for the people in office This warehouse has been in operation since March and not until later summer that supervisors began to wear masks and plexiglass dividers were put into break rooms. Currently they do not require employees to wear masks (except for office area), they said it was not mandated even though it is. We know of at least 8 people that have had Covid and 1 supervisor has passed away after being hospitalized and on the ventilator. At times supervisors have made fun of the few employees that have been wearing masks. Employees on the floor not always socially distanced but aren't required to wear masks during those times. They are heavy breathing due to the strenuous job, in tight spaces working in trailers to load product, aisles, breakrooms, battery rooms, etc.Americold
