1.) Employees eat and drink in the dental lab around used instruments and potentially infectious materials, exposing them to biohazards. 2.) On or about September 3 2020, an employee was stuck with a used dental implement which broke the skin. The employer did not allow the employee to receive post-incident care from a doctor, nor made an attempt to test the source patient's blood. 3.) The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a.)
