Montefiore Medical Center has failed to maintain isolation precautions for a patient in the CSICU who tested positive for COVID-19. The patient was positive and treated for Covid 19 previously and has had 2 negative test results since. As the latest test result came back positive for COVID-19, failure to maintain this patient in isolation places the staff at risk of becoming infected with the Coronavirus.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
