1. Maintenance employees are servicing lines and clearing jams above moving machines. 2. Employees are required to step onto planks of wood to reach work areas and are not protected from falls. The employer had previously proposed a catwalk to eliminate the hazard but has since advised employees that it was no longer a concern. HAZARD LOCATION: The shipping line areas. 10/22/2020 KR An Inspection was opened on Nov. 4, 2020, under UPA 1672340 and Inspection 1498709. UPA was then closed.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
