1. The employer is not following the Governor's Covid -19 guidelines for employees to wear face coverings. There were 20 or more new hires that were not wearing masks during a walk through. 2. The employer is not following the Governor's Covid -19 guidelines in regard to social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between employees in public spaces, exposing employees to COVID-19 virus. 3. The employer is not cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms or break rooms properly by not providing hand soap, sanitizer, or paper towels. 4. The employer is not following the Governor's Covid -19 guidelines in regard to conducting a symptom assessment or temperature checks for employees prior to working.
