1. At the Skylofts, there are inadequate guidelines for handling items which are possibly contaminated with the coronavirus. Employees are concerned they are not being provided proper PPE and that there isn't enough of it for all required employees, potentially exposing employees to COVID-19. 2. Social distancing guidelines are not being followed by employees. Employees have to sometimes work in crowded rooms where there isn't enough space to be 6 feet apart. 3. Hotel occupancy frequently exceeds 50%. 4. Room sanitation procedures are being rushed and rooms are being booked back to back without time for the rooms to sit empty as required by cleaning protocols.
