1. The employer is not providing employees with N95 masks, after the employer was supposedly advised by NVOSHA representatives that it was required. 2. An employee was allowed to return to work without having the results of a COVID-19 test and was allowed to remove their face cover while at work. 3. The employee ended up testing positive for COVID-19. Employees are concerned about the employer's response. 4. The employer did not sanitize the potentially contaminated areas. 5. There is concern that gloves are being reused, potentially exposing employees to COVID-19 hazards. 6. Bottles of disinfectant are not labeled properly. 7.
