1. The employer is not enforcing the governor¿s mandates related to covid-19 for employees or guests. 2. An Engineering Manager and a Housekeeping Manager both supposedly tested positive for covid. 3. Guests are not wearing masks and the hotel managers are not enforcing the requirement. 4. There are no signs indicating that masks are required for guests. 5. Front desk employees were overheard telling guests that they don¿t have to wear masks. 6. A security guard told a guest, who was not wearing a mask, that they were required, and the guest spat on the guard. 7. Social distancing is not maintained. There is a room that is supposed to be closed, but 15-20 people congregate in there. 8. Employees feel that guests¿ temperatures should be taken upon arrival before they enter the property. 9. A guest recently vomited in the pool. That guest supposedly tested positive for covid. Two days after the incident, the pool had still not been cleaned.
