Alleged Hazard: Someone was having symptoms of COVID-19. She had to go get tested on her day off. She called off because she was still sick last Friday. The doctor gave her a note not to return until her test came back negative. She forwarded it to her boss. She was told to return to work with a facemask. She still had symptoms. She went back to work on Saturday even though she still had symptoms.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
