T8CCR 3203(a) - There is an outbreak of COVID-19 cases. The employer is not taking actions to prevent the spread. If employees are feeling well, they can come into work, even if they came into contact with someone that tested positive. Employer is not disinfecting work areas where COVID-19 positive employees had worked. Employer does not investigate if employees were exposed to COVID-19 (contact tracing) when employees become positive. Face coverings are not mandatory.
