T8CCR 3203(a)(4) - on 8/14/20 on of the supervisors was waiting for COVID-19 results, but was handing out tools without a mask. on Wednesday they told everyone to get tested because the supervisor had tested positive for COVID-19. They also did not do a deep cleaning of the area after they tested positive for COVID-19. This is the third time someone had been confirmed positive. They performed a deep cleaning on the first case but not on any other cases.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
