T8 CCR 3203(a) - An employee tested positive on or about 9/5/2020. The employer said that no one has to quarantine since the COVID positive employee was asymptomatic and wore their face mask at work. No all employees wear their face masks all the time nor is social distancing enforced.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
