Small front lobby area that is now limited too only 3 customers at a time due to COVID-19. Very difficult for coworkers to social distance. Customers ignore 3 customer limit signage and many don't wear face coverings. Management has failed to enforce COVID-19 safety regulations by not having a security guard or designated person outside to enforce the safety regulations in the front lobby. Has not installed any plexiglass or dividers to protect employees. 8 employees directly exposed, with another 50 employees possible as well due to exposure with 8 employees.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 100
