The employer was aware of an employee exposure to COVID-19 on 10/20/20. The employer sent the employee to get tested, however, continued to require said employee to work until positive test results were confirmed on 10/23/20. Other employees were sent for testing that day and the manager on site also required these employees to report to work while waiting for test results.
