The employer is not following the guidelines set forth in Executive Order 20-74, which includes COVID-19 Preparedness Plan Requirements for Schools and Child Care settings, specifically: 1. The employer is not training employees on the COVID-19 Preparedness Plan. 2. The employer has not established health screening protocols for employees to follow prior to entering the facility. 3. The employer has not established communication protocols for staff who may have been exposed to COVID-19 and is directing employees to return to work who have been directed to isolate or quarantine. 4.
