The employer is not enforcing or following their COVID-19 Preparedness Plan as follows: 1. Social distancing is not being maintained or enforced. 2. When social distancing is unable to be maintained, employees are not wearing face coverings or properly wearing face coverings. 3. Disinfecting/Sanitizing of highly touched surfaces and shared workspaces is not being conducted. 4. Employees reporting exposure to COVID-19 are not being sent home to self-quarantine. 5.
