1. The employer encourages employees to not wear masks inside and have meetings in tight conference room settings, while not social distancing. 2. The employer has no requirements for customers coming into the office. Just last week, 8 persons were in the front office at the same; the employer instructed for them all to come in after they were initially directed by employees to wait outside. 3. One employee had to conduct 2 oral swab drug screens at the same time in different rooms. The employer requires the intern to do all of the oral swabs in the establishment's one conference; meaning the intern has to collect saliva from complete strangers. 4. The employer has been actively observed shaking customer's hands and having conference meetings in the conference room with no mask on. Furthermore, the employer has informed customers that they don't have to wear masks either. The employer then expects that employees to Clorox wipe after the room is used. 5. The employer has never taken employee temperatures nor have employees been required to complete daily health screening questionnaires.
