1. The employer is not providing proper personal protective equipment; employees are forced to reuse ¿single time use¿ face shields (more than 60+ uses). 2. The company wasn¿t allowing beard trims, but onsite management has instructed employees to do them anyway. 3. Employees were not provided the proper sanitation equipment. 4. Wellness checks are not conducted prior to shifts starting. 5. Employees were not provided with enough capes for clients, so capes are being resused on people. 6. All camera equipment is turned off in the stores currently. 7. Face masks aren¿t being properly worn by some staff and customers.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
