¿ At this worksite, mask compliance is deficient. Only 25% of workers here engage in good mask practices (mask over both nose and mouth). Approximately 50% are partially compliant (mask over mouth, but not nose). The remaining quarter are entirely non-compliant (mask worn over chin or not worn at all). ¿ Many workers at this site do not socially distance; they congregate during breaks. ¿ Handwashing and sanitizing are deficient. The hand sanitizer dispensers are insufficiently maintained & replenished. The sanitization routine involves spraying an unknown cleaning solution near door handles and stair railings. Weekly cleanings of the materials hoist, which is regularly packed with 10+ people, are insufficient. ¿ Despite all efforts, four confirmed cases of COVID-19 have occurred here in the last few weeks.
