Employer not enforcing social distancing|Coworker has tested positive for COVID-19 and continues to report to work and/or family member of a coworker has tested positive for COVID-19 and the coworker continues to report to work| Other: There were reports of employees that tested positive for COVID-19. One employee is in the hospital. One employee came back to work today, the employer required them to report to work because they did not have a fever. No one is wearing masks.
