Coworker has tested positive for COVID-19 and continues to report to work and/or family member of a coworker has tested positive for COVID-19 and the coworker continues to report to work Other: They have 18 cases of COVID-19. The employees were working while being tested and they did not send the employees home until the test results came back. After the most recent case on line V2, the machines were not sanitized or cleaned. Employees on 1st shift and 3rd shift were put at risk. Employees worked on the machines where the employee was working while infected. Employees who were exposed to the employee who tested positive were not quarantined or sent home or to be tested. They are having the employees clean the machines themselves with sanitizer and paper towels. The employees are not properly trained to disinfect or clean the machines. They are a food company and they sell to Walmart and Dollar General and a lot of big stores. They have not shut down after the recent cases. They still have the employees working.
