The employer is not ensuring as practical the practice of social distancing. The workers are in the cafeteria or other dining facilities without barriers or distancing being practiced. In many cases there are up to 8 employees gathered together at a time without any sort of social distancing practiced. This is an almost daily occurrence and a worker ended up being diagnosed as infected with the Covid-19 virus.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
