1. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding informing employees of workers who have tested positive for Covid-19. Employees on packing lines 3, 4 and 6 are required to work with and around other employees that are Covid-19 positive. The employer says nothing when employees show symptoms or are found to be Covid-19 positive. That employee is sent home and everyone else keeps working. None of the employees sent home have been quarantined. OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 2. The employer is not following CDC guidelines for increased cleaning and sanitizing of the facility after employee(s) have tested positive for Covid-19. The lines has not been shut down for cleaning. They just spray and wiped down a few parts of the lines.
