1. The overhead doors are broken, thereby exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards. Applicable Standard: 29 CFR 1910.28 2. Employees are not provided proper personal protective equipment, i.e. burn sleeves, slip resistant shoes, eye protection, and bump caps. Applicable Standard: 29 CFR 1910.132 3. Employees are not provided with facial masks, in accordance with Centers for Disease Control guidelines, thereby exposing employees to COVID-19. 4. The facility is not regularly cleaned and disinfected, in accordance with Centers for Disease Guidelines, thereby exposing employees to COVID-19. Applicable Standard: General Duty Clause: 5(a)(1) 5. Employees were sick in February, 2020 and the employer is just requiring employees to wear mask, thereby potentially exposing employees to COVID-19 Applicable Standard: General Duty Clause: 5(a)(1) 5.
