The employer is not implementing adequate safety practices to protect its employees from the spread of SARS-CoV-2 such as, but not limited to: 1. Screening employee and visitor temperature and assessing symptoms prior to starting work 2. Providing and enforcing face masks to all employees and visitors for use while at work 3. Enforcing social distancing where possible in the workplace. 4. Increasing the frequency of cleaning commonly touched surfaces 5.
