The company is not protecting employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company is still operating with multiple cases of employees testing positive for COVID-19. The company has not closed to sanitize areas where these employees have worked. Nor is the company following the Center for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines for sending sick employees home, implementing precautions for social distancing or increasing sanitizing protocols. Employees are also not provided with personal protective equipment as recommended for reducing the spread of aerosol transmitted diseases (ATD).
