1.) No ergonomic safety rules are applied; there is no warmup stretch routine. 2.) Workers are required to change stations every two hours due to ergonomics, however, the workers are not being rotated as needed. 3.) Quality inspectors have no ergonomic relief and are required to work the same muscle group 12 hours a day, 5-7 days a week. 4.) Employees are standing one foot apart from each other and are not social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 5.) Work has not been paused or shut-down to deep-clean the facility after employees have tested positive for COVID-19. 6.) Sanitizer is not available. 7.)
